Hearts striker Nikolay Todorov has joined Queen of the South on loan until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old Bulgarian, who joined the Jambos from Nottingham Forest in 2016 and signed a new one-year deal last May, has cut short a season-long loan deal with Livingston to join up with Queens boss and former Tynecastle defender Gary Naysmith at Palmerston.
Naysmith said: “I am delighted to add Nikolay to our squad for the remainder of the season. I feel that he will add something different to our current striking options. He is young, eager to learn and is very hard working and hopefully he will help us with our play-off push.
“Nikolay was really keen to join us once we expressed an interest and I have to thank the Board and also Craig Levein at Hearts for making the loan move possible.”
