Hibs condemn supporter over '˜unacceptable' abuse of Clevid Dikamona

Hibs have condemned the supporter who appeared to racially abuse Hearts defender Clevid Dikamona in tonight's Edinburgh derby.

Clevid Dikamona appeared to be the subject of a racial jibe.

A fan was caught on television seeming to launch an inappropriate outburst towards the Congolese during the visitors’ 1-0 victory.

A Hibs spokesperson said: “The club will do everything we can to identify the individual concerned and we will take the appropriate action. It’s unacceptable.”

Dikamona tweeted: “You cant know how happy and grateful I am tonight, despite what he could do or say he will not take away that feeling. I prefer to smile and tell you that I love you #SayNoToRacism”
