Another of the 2006 crew, Petras was a useful back up for both the centre of defence and midfield before leaving in the summer. The Czech attacker was another January 2006 addition. He played just twice. Signed from RKC Waalwijk in January 2015, Anderson played a bit-part role as Hearts saw out the season as Championship title-winners. He left a year later. The midfielder became Jim Jefferies' first signing after the former boss returned to the club in January 2010. Though the goalkeeper was already at the club, his loan deal from Debrecen was made permanent in January 2009. Another to arrive at the end of the January 2006 transfer window, the Finnish striker never lived up to his 500,000 price tag. One of the best players at the club today, the defender joined on deadline day in January 2016. Stevenson signed for Hearts twice in his career. Both of those occasions were on deadline day. Signed as short-term cover in January 2016 after Osman Sow's transfer to China was completed. Craig Levein's first signing as Hearts boss the second time round, Callachan played one season after arriving from Raith Rovers. The young midfielder completed a move from Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the summer window in 2011. The striker joined from Sheffield United in a 500,000 deal on deadline day in the summer of 2007. The goalkeeper joined in the January window in 2006 and left just a few months later without playing a game.
