Reports claim Hearts owner Ann Budge discussed Aaron Hickey transfer with Manchester City

Hearts owner Ann Budge held talks with Manchester City as the English Premier League side continue to pursue Aaron Hickey, according to the Daily Mail.

The 17-year-old is said to have been on the radar of Pep Guardiola's side over the past couple of months.

It is now being reported that the subject of the full-back was brought up as Budge held discussions with City officials last week.

Hickey's contract runs until the end of next season. Attempts from Hearts to get him to sign a new deal have so far been unsuccessful.
