Have your say

Hearts fans have had their say after the 2-1 defeat by Rangers – and there’s plenty of frustration towards the team and the referee.

Scott Anderson: “Poor decision to allow the goal, but we are utterly toothless up front. Far too many players not stepping up!”

Alan Nelson: “Once again beaten by the Glasgow FA!”

Linda Anderson: “Too many Hearts players didn’t turn up, horrendous officialdom.”

Gary James: “Pathetic, abysmal & down right embarrassing. Seen more spine in a jellyfish. Offer absolutely nothing going forward.”

@TheForthBoy: “After around 30 minutes Hearts fell out of that game. Even when the went down to 10 we couldn’t gain control in midfield. That said Madden was truly awful. Some quite ludicrous decisions & a very offside winner. Genuinely no point going to Hearts when is the ref.”

@lawrencebroady: “Billy Dodds was just saying Hearts did better today on the wireless. I don’t know what he was watching. Not a single chance created beyond the own goal. Possession was extremely poor. The second goal was offside, sure, but that masks a really disappointing performance, again.”

Daryl Johnstone: “Clare shouldnt be anywhere near that team simple as that also think a spell on the bench for big Bobby would be a good idea.”

@GMul31: “Yes the referee, linesmen where absolutely shocking again. However, it doesn’t take away that Hearts are terrible at creating chances. The plan be with Haring playing in the Fellaini role lacks imagination, also it isn’t even effective for us. Mitchell ball dribbling success rate 4.96 per 90 suggests playing him higher up. Morrison has a success rate 4.12 per 90 gives us width and danger in attack.”

Alex Munro: “Incredibly poor decision. That said we didn’t lay a glove on them when down to ten – yet another match passes without a maroon shirt hitting the net, we look absolutely clueless going forward. This season is quickly becoming a write off. Silver lining is that Hibs are every bit as bad.”

@hmfcspfl: “Good game hearts that’s the best we have played in a while they need to cheat to win and the refs help.”

Graeme Findlayson: “Outdone by 10 men??? Let’s correct that... they remain 13 men.”

Raymond Wren: “Even when they had a man sent off, they still had 11 on the pitch. Referee was abysmal, for both sides.”

markmacleod1874: “So annoyed with that performance today. Thank goodness for Berra. Outstanding! Hearts completely bullied today.”
