Hibs defender Liam Fontaine facing two months on sidelines
Hibs defender Liam Fontaine is facing two months on the sidelines as he prepares to undergo angle surgery.
The centre-back sustained his injury in the first half of last weekend’s 2-2 draw with Dunfermline and will have an operation next week.
Fontaine has been told he faces around six to eight weeks out of action, which means he is unlikely to play much – if any – part in what remains of Hibs’ bid to secure the Championship title.
