“Well done to the Scottish cup winners of 2016 for securing an excellent appointment. It’s not every day a candidate becomes available with 3 league titles, domestic cup success, qualification to the last 16 in the Champions League and beating Barcelona on his CV. I’ve no doubt he’ll get the Hibees up at the first time of asking” – Sean Mac Diarmada

“A top man and an excellent appointment. I’m sure most people will welcome another outstanding addition to Scottish football” – eckforward

Neil Lennon will accept the Hibs job and then go on to securing automatic promotion. After that, things will get a little harder but I’ve no doubt that given backing, he will have them challenging for second place in the SPL, in the not too distant future” – kaka30

“He is an out and out winner. There is no doubt he will lead us back to the top. Not had a season ticket for the past 5 years. I will be purchasing 4 today for the family. If we can’t sell 15 thousand this year then the fans should have a word. The board have backed the previous manager no end, and that ultimately won us the cup. Time to get behind the club” – Matthew Wright

“Oh well no season ticket this year!” – Heather Hackett

“Big name with vast experience hopefully this ambitious move show our current players it is well worth sticking with us and can attract quality signings as well. GGTTH” – Lindsay Mitchell Smith

“Brilliant signing. I’m usually a walk up punter due to my shift work but I’m seriously thinking about getting a ST now. Time to put up or shut up folks and back the manager 100%” – Darren Knowles
