The Danish forward received international clearance this afternoon after completing a loan move from Odense Boldklub.

United attacker Tony Andreu, scorer of the winning penalty the last time the sides met in December, is a doubt due to a rib injury.

Hibs, who would go four points clear at the top of the Ladbrokes Championship with victory tonight, are likely to have new signing, winger Chris Humphrey, starting on the bench.

Despite suffering from a cold during the week, on-loan Celtic ace Kris Commons is set to start in midfield at the top of a midfield diamond comprising of Scott Martin, Dylan McGeouch and Andrew Shinnie.

While star midfielder John McGinn is approaching a return to action following ankle surgery, tonight’s game could come too soon for the Scotland internationalist. Fellow midfielder Fraser Fyvie remains sidelined with a groin injury.

Hibs boss Neil Lennon is also without goalkeeper Ofir Marciano (knee), right-back Neal Eardley (calf), winger Alex Harris (knee) and midfielder Danny Handling, who is in light training as he recovers from a long-term knee injury.

The match – live on BBC ALBA (kick-off 19.45) – will be played in front of a near sell-out crowd with all tickets for the home end snapped up.
