Hibs head coach Jack Ross will make a late call on goalkeeper Ofir Marciano ahead of tonight's televised clash with Rangers at Easter Road.

The 30-year-old suffered a calf injury during last weekend's 2-0 defeat at Celtic, and was replaced at half time by back-up 'keeper Chris Maxwell.

The former Ashdod No.1 hasn't trained at all this week, and if he is forced to sit out the match, Ross has Maxwell, on loan from Preston North End, and third-choice Adam Bogdan as potential replacements.

The Hungarian shot-stopper recently signed a short-term deal with the club after spending last season on loan, but hasn't played any first-team football in nearly a year. Maxwell became first choice under previous head coach Paul Heckingbottom but was replaced by Marciano ahead of the 3-0 victory over Aberdeen at Easter Road earlier this month.

Ross otherwise has a full squad at his disposal apart from midfielder Joe Newell, who remains sidelined with a calf injury. Defensive duo David Gray and Darren McGregor are both available for selection having battled back from lengthy lay-offs.
