Hibs have revealed the tribute to be paid to Famous Five legend Lawrie Reilly as the Easter Road outfit open their new SPFL Premiership
campaign against Motherwell on Sunday.

Pat Fenlon’s players will wear shirts embroidered with Reilly’s name during the game and will take to the pitch for their warm-up before the game sporting specially branded T-shirts both of which will thereafter be available for sale with the proceeds being donated to Edinburgh and Lothian Health Foundation. Full details of how the kit can be bought and donations made to the Reilly family’s nominated charity will be announced on Monday.

Fans will be able to write their own messages of condolence on special tribute sheets which will be available in all concourses, hospitality suites and at the Clubstore. Hibs will then collate them, bind them together and present them to Reilly’s family.

A special tribute edition of the club programme will be on sale and at half-time Hibs and Motherwell’s Under-15 sides will take part in the “Last Minute Challenge.”
