Hibs Under-20s continued their unbeaten run which now totals nine matches as they battled to a draw with Ross County.
The run looked under threat as Greg Morrison coolly slotted beyond Sean Brennan early on, but Jordan Sinclair levelled before the break.
Then came two goals in a minute as Tom Gardiner gave the visitors the lead, before Kyle MacLeod ensured the game ended 2-2.
The first goal in the misty Highlands arrived after four minutes as Morrison collected the ball in behind the visiting defence and dispatched it into the bottom corner.
Lewis Allan, hat-trick hero the previous week, almost equalised via Taylor Hendry’s fine pass soon after, but Antonio Reguero was equal to his effort.
Brennan kept his side in the game as he made a stupendous save from Scott Ferries’ close-range volley with 26 minutes gone. Fifteen minutes later, Allan’s cross was not dealt with and it fell to Sinclair, whose strike was deflected into the net.
The fog continued to roll in towards the muddy field, making playing conditions less than desirable.
With an hour gone Ross County had the ball in the net, but MacLeod’s header was ruled out for offside and 13 minutes later Joe McBride’s team were in front.
Max Todd’s strike was saved by Reguero, but Gardiner slammed the ball home.
The elation was short-lived as a corner was turned home by MacLeod within 60 seconds to level the game once more.
In the third minute of stoppage time, Brennan almost handed the hosts the victory, but his mistake was not punished by Steven Ross and the spoils were shared.
