How Hibs fared on the final day of the league campaign in each of the last 11 seasons

Hibs host Celtic this weekend in the last game of the 2020/21 Scottish Premiership season.

To mark the occasion, we look back at each of the last 11 years and how the Easter Road side fared in their final league match.
