The duo have missed Hibs’ past two matches, with on-loan Rangers winger Murphy nursing a hamstring complaint and midfielder Wright, a summer signing following his departure from St Johnstone, recovering from a groin strain.

Both have played an important part in Hibs’ season so far and Easter Road manager Jack Ross is confident he will have more options at his disposal than for the 1-0 win over Kilmarnock last weekend.

"I'm hopeful of having them [Murphy and Wright] fit,” said Ross.

"We hope that them not being available for Kilmarnock has given them an opportunity and I'd like to think we'd have at least one of them, if not both of them, available.

"We'll see how the week progresses, but I would be confident I would have more options to me.”
