Hibs’ match against Celtic at Parkhead has been pushed back 24 hours due to the Glasgow club’s European commitments.

The game, originally scheduled for Saturday 26 September, will now take place on Sunday 27th, kicking off at 3pm.

The match will not be shown live on television, as Sky Sports is screening the Motherwell v Rangers match that day.

Celtic and Hibs have already played each other this season. The sides met in a pre-season friendly at Celtic Park on 27 July, with the home side winning 3-1.

Josh Doig gave Hibs the lead but the hosts hit back with goals from Karamoko Dembele and Patryk Klimala (2).

Celtic are scheduled to play in the third qualifying round of the Europa League on Thursday 24 September. They have been drawn away against the winners of the second qualifying round between Riga and Tre Fiori.
