Jack Ross officially takes over as Hibs boss today (Monday)

The Jack Ross era officially begins at Hibs today as the new manager gets his feet under the table at HTC.

The club confirmed his appointment as Paul Heckingbottom's successor on Friday.

Hibs have been detailing Ross' first day at the club's training base, including a tour where he met the players who are in for training, including striker Oli Shaw.

There was also appearance for the 'mysterious trialist goalkeeper' - Adam Bogdan.

Ross, whose appointment was met with largely widespread approval, is scheduled to meet the media this afternoon.

It is a quick return to football following his sacking from Sunderland last month.

Ross had interviewed for the Hearts job but Hibs were quick to secure the the 43-year-old on a three-and-a-half year deal.
