Bo’ness claimed their first points of the season with an easy win. Roddy MacLennan got the opener from close range on 26 minutes before Colin Strickland doubled the advantage from the penalty spot soon after. After the break, Scott Gibb extended the lead before Roddy Black pulled one back for the visitors on the hour. John Millar sealed the game for Bo’ness before Carnoustie had Sam Simpson and Danny Miller sent off for dissent in injury time.

Dundonald took a two-goal lead and, although Broxburn got one back before the interval, they could not breach the visiting defence to get anything from this match. The opener came when a penalty was awarded as Wallace was adjudged to have brought down Young in the box. Scott Lawrie scored from the spot-kick. The second came when Brodie Gray ran down the right-hand side before putting a ball across the box and, from eight yards out, Scott Lawrie scored. Broxburn got their goal back eight minutes before half-time when an Anderson cross was met by Darren Cole to head home. Both sides had chances in the second half with both goalkeepers in good form.

Kelty went ahead on 12 minutes when Stephen Husband shot home from close range after goalkeeper Kieran Renton could only parry a header from Courts. Musselburgh equalised on the half-hour mark when Ewan Ralton shot low past the keeper from the edge of the box. Kelty scored a second when Brian Ritchie headed home a cross and Husband added a third late on with a strike from 18 yards to secure the points.

Jeanfield took the lead in the 35th minute when a Stuart McDermid shot sailed high into the net with the help of a slight deflection off Jack Wright. Nitten suffered a further blow right on half-time when centre-half Gary Hamilton was red-carded after picking up a second booking. Nitten’s defence were all at sea in the 70th minute when a quick break from the visitors saw Fraser Smith slot home Jeanfield’s second goal.
