Livingston chairman Gordon McDougall is hoping a positive result against Alloa on Saturday will boost ticket sales ahead of the Petrofac Training Cup final.
The Lions are at the Indodrill Stadium in a crucial Championship clash before attentions turn to the game at McDiarmid Park on Easter Sunday.
McDougall says ticket sales for the club’s first national final since they shocked Hibs 2-0 in the 2004 League Cup final have been sluggish, but is hoping his players can entice more supporters to Perth in 12 days.
“A positive result on Saturday would certainly help attract more,” McDougall stressed.
“We’re still looking to build it up but with recent results it has been very difficult. We’ve been working with the schools, the community and trying to get people to go. We’re hoping things take a wee change.”
Tickets are on sale from the Energy Assets Arena reception Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Aults £15, Under 16s/over 65s £5, students £5; Under 12s free with a paying adult.
