Juniors: Bo’ness aim to extend Super League lead

Have your say

Bo’ness United can extend their lead at the top of the Super League tonight when they travel to face Broxburn Athletic at Albyn Park (7.30pm kick-off).

Victory would put Allan McGonigal’s side six points clear of Newtongrange Star in second, while increasing their lead over their only realistic title challengers, Linlithgow Rose, who will have a game in hand, to nine points. The BUs, however, will have to do without influential winger Darren Gribben, after he was sent off in their win at Newtongrange on Saturday.

Both sides are in good form, with both having lost just one of their last six league encounters.

Elsewhere, Arniston Rangers host Premier League title-chasing Penicuik Athletic at Newbyres Park (6.30pm kick-off).
