Musselburgh hit Sauchie for six

Bo’ness United 5

Penicuik Athletic 0

Penicuik almost equalised, but Scott Christie saved well from Keith Lough. Darren Gribben doubled the advantage before the interval. It was three just after the break when Pedro Moutinho finished well and he then made it four with a fantastic free-kick. Stewart Devine rounded off the scoring with a well-taken penalty.

Haddington Athletic 1

Armadale Thistle 1

ARMADALE’S Robbie Feeney had an early effort saved by Liam Amos, who also thwarted David Taylor. At the other end, Paul Devlin was inches away from putting the Hi Hi ahead midway through the first half, and later Steven Froude’s header wasn’t far away. With four minutes of a fairly even first half remaining, Feeney headed the visitors in front from a cross from the left. With just over an hour played, a second booking for Wayne Sproule meant Haddington had to see the game out with ten men – they rarely troubled Jamie Swinburne in the Armadale goal but rescued a precious point when Andy Forbes found the net for the third game in succession, heading home the equaliser from a Jerry Draper free-kick in the second minute of injury time.

Haddington: Amos, Sproule, Ponton, Hume, Forbes, Inglis, Froude, Fairnie, Martin, Devlin, Berry. Subs: McPartlin, Dick, Wright, Draper.

Armadale: Swinburne, Milton, Clark, G Brown, McGowan, Patrick, Thomson, Taylor, Feeney, Weir, Gray. Subs: Bonnar, MacKay, Murray, Watson.
