Musselburgh Athletic striker Jordyn Sheerin could be set for a move back to Senior football in the summer with Championship sides Livingston and Raith Rovers showing an interest.
The 25-year-old former East Fife and Arbroath forward has lit up the Juniors since joining Musselburgh last summer, hitting 37 goals in all competitions in their march to the Scottish Junior Cup final. But he is out of contract at the end of the season and won’t be short of suitors.
Super League champions Bo’ness United are also interested, but the Evening News understands that Sheerin would jump at the chance to return to the professional ranks if offered the opportunity.
Former Musselburgh midfielder Michael McKenna and former Bo’ness star Scott Pittman have both settled in well at the Energy Assets Arena, Livingston, after making the step up from the Juniors.
