Scottish Cup: City boss wary of Fraserburgh

Have your say

Edinburgh City manager Gary Jardine accepts his side were handed one of the more favourable second-round ties in tomorrow’s William Hill Scottish Cup, but is under no illusions the threat Highland League side Fraserburgh will pose his players.

He said: “I think when the draw was made, both ourselves and Fraserburgh will have felt there is a good chance of going through. They’ve got some very good players so it should be a cracking game.”

Supporters should note the match will take place at Ainslie Park, as Meadowbank Stadium is unavailable due to an event. Kick-off is still scheduled for 3pm and admission is £8 for adults and £4 for concessions.
