Lothians pro Neil Henderson bags two wins in United States
Henderson, who hails from North Berwick and is a member of The Renaissance Club, produced a couple of impressive performances in handing himself an early boost in 2018.
He shot a five-under-par 65 at Wedgewood Country Club in Lakeland to win an event there by seven shots before coming out on top again at Stoneybrook West in Estero with a one-under 71.

“I’m practicing and playing as many one and two-day events as possible to get some competitive golf in before the start of the season.
“There were only 12 people in the field for the first event I won, but a win is a win and 65s always help confidence.
“The second one had a field of about 30 and I played really well in tough conditions on a long course. It showed me I can compete on the long courses by just hitting fairways and greens then holing some putts.

“That is making a difference hitting less club into the greens, as well as how good the new Ping g400 driver is working.”
