Team captain Allan Hamilton (EAC), the AAA Under-20 long jump champion who suffered a serious leg injury at Bedford two months ago, might make his comeback: “We’re not looking to do too much but just play a captain’s part and help the team,” said his coach John Scott.

Lasswade athletes have served the cause well with 400 metres specialist Greg Louden set to complete a fine four-year stint in which he has missed only one match.
