Josh Taylor's Super Series debut confirmed for Glasgow's Hydro
The undefeated WBC super-lightweight champion (13-0) signed up for the lucrative tournament just weeks after his victory over Viktor Postol in June, shunning the opportunity to fight for the WBC world crown on its own right despite being the mandatory challenger. Martin is also undefeated in 22 bouts.
Taylor will now have an chance to claim multiple world titles – as well as the coveted Muhammad Ali Trophy – should he progress to the final.

The remaining quarter-final ties in the super-lightweight division see interim world champion and No.1 seed Regis Prograis against England’s Terry Flanagan, Ivan Baranchyk vs Anthony Yigit and Kiryl Relikh vs Eduard Troyanovsky.
