WIDE RECEIVER Lloyd Dignan scored an incredible six touchdowns as the Edinburgh Wolves secured their sixth win in a row with a 85-0 home thrashing of the Shropshire Revolution.
The result, which secured Wolves home field advantage in the end of season play-offs, was the biggest win in the American football team’s history. Quarterback Jamie Morrison also broke a Wolves record as he threw for seven touchdowns.
In addition to Dignan’s haul, there were scores for Dave Orr (2), Kenny McKay (2), Steve Wilson, Liam Darling and George Fell.
