Musselburgh won their ninth match in a row and are three points clear of Hawick YM after they defeated Kilmarnock 45-18 in East Lothian.

RHC Cougars have had an up and down season, but are sixth after a 78-0 home win over strugglers Livingston. The result means that the West Lothian men have now shipped 436 points in just nine matches.

Edinburgh University Blues could not build on two big wins recently and will be frustrated with themselves after only picking up a losing bonus point from a 21-16 home loss to Dunfermline at Peffermill.

Linlithgow too picked up just a losing bonus point with a 17-15 home loss to Langholm, the result meaning that the former have just one win from nine so far.
