Scottish rugby bosses have looked Down Under to fill another post in their administrative team at BT Murrayfield, it emerged today.
Bruce Frame, development manager with Australia’s North Coast Union, will resign his position later this month and move to Scotland.
Recently the SRU advertised for a “director of domestic rugby” and although it is not yet known which role Frame will fill, his credentials appear to fit the grassroots game according to Aussie spokesman, John Searl, who said of the appointment: “His work ethic, enthusiasm and communication skills have allowed him to manage a vast area very effectively and endear himself to the rugby community.
“Framey has been a valuable and committed member of the NSW development team.
“He has been involved in many and varied programmes all over the North Coast and has received fantastic results with all of them.”
