Dunbar won the RBS East Two title on Saturday following a comfortable victory over Earlston.
The previous week the Borderers had become the first team to defeat Dunbar in all competitions in 2011/12, but this time around there was no chance of a repeat at Hallhill.
Calum Champion led the way with three tries and indeed this match was finished by half-time with Dunbar amazingly leading 50-0 at that stage.
In the second period a further 31 points were added by the rampant hosts with captain Jamie Peters and his brother Gary leading by example.
The 81-0 win gave them the title and Dunbar president David Wilson said: “This was the best performance of the season by far. Great credit to the players for producing a fast flowing style of rugby.”
Elsewhere in that division at the weekend Dalkeith lost 28-12 at home to Hawick Harlequins while Broughton saw off Penicuik 16-11.
In the battle at the top of RBS East Three Edinburgh Northern travelled to Academy Park and defeated Leith 22-12.
It leaves the Inverleith Park men top while Inverleith lost 18-17 at St Boswells and Queensferry were on top form to win 43-9 at Queensferry.
Trinity Accies will definitely finish in the bottom two in RBS East One after a 59-10 home loss to champions Preston Lodge.
Portobello won 31-23 at Forrester, North Berwick beat Berwick 22-19, Lismore lost 26-8 to Hawick Linden and Ross High went down to a 14-6 defeat at Duns.
