Edinburgh cab driver Craig MacGillivray will have to beat world snooker champion Stuart Bingham to have any chance of qualifying for the knockout stage of the SangSom 6 Red World Championship in Thailand.

MacGillivray lost his opening match 5-3 to Noppon Saengkham (Thailand) before losing out 5-1 to Mark Davis (England) and 5-2 to Soheil Vahedi (Iran). He faces Bingham and Yan Bingtao (China) in his remaining matches.
