Tennis: Fleming in title triumph

Linlithgow’s Colin Fleming is today celebrating a first tennis title in partnership with Ross Hutchins after the pair captured the St Petersburg Open doubles by beating Mikhail Elgin and Alexander Kudryatsev, 6-3, 6-7 (5-7), 10-8.

For Fleming it was a repeat of the success achieved in the same event two years ago with Ken Skupski as his playing partner but this latest triumph consolidates form shown when he and Hutchins reached the quarter-finals at both Wimbledon and the US Open.
