Following its success last year, Bonnie Bairn is back with taster sessions, free advice and a chance to shop for products often only available online.

In her most ambitious event to date, founder Deby Rainnie aims to bring together new and expecting parents, allowing related businesses to network effectively with their target market.

She believes Bonnie Bairn sets itself apart from other fairs by supporting local businesses, crafters and retailers, while offering a welcoming atmosphere for families from Edinburgh and beyond.

“It’s all about bringing together the best local experts, activity providers and businesses supporting families from pregnancy to preschool,” says Deby. “Their mission is to educate and inform parents and parents-to-be about all of the great local and online businesses that are available to them.”

She adds: “We want to share everything that is wonderful about raising a family here. Many of our retailers are local businesses, selling beautiful products that are often only available online, so this is also a wonderful chance for them to showcase their products.”

Confirmed stallholders include Baby Sensory, Diana Baker Photography, Edinburgh Baby Co, A-Fotografy, Bumblebee Sports, Mum Me, Sweaty Mama, Water Babies, John Lewis, Positive Birth Scotland, Sleep Safe Scotland, Playroom by Little Lunches and Yummikeys.
