One of his latest social media outbursts saw the rapper ask what he deems as “white publications” to stop commenting on “black music”.

Taking to Twitter, Kanye wrote: “To Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, New York Times, and any other white publication. Please do not comment on black music anymore.”

Very strange considering Pitchfork gave his newbie a 9/10 rating, while the New York Times also praised it.

I’m not sure if the Evening News is what the rapper would deem a ‘white publication’, but I’ll say this: Kanye, you don’t get to decide.

There’s no denying the guy has enormous talent, but he needs to get over himself.

Kanye could learn a thing about humility from Sir Paul McCartney.

Turning up to rapper Tyga’s Grammys aftershow party with Beck and Foo Fighters’ drummer Taylor Hawkins in tow, Macca was told by the bouncer they weren’t getting in because they’re not famous enough.

“How VIP we gotta get?” quipped Sir Paul, before turning to his pals and saying, We need another hit guys, we need another hit.”

Given this was the world’s greatest living songwriter, with a net worth of £820m, he could have bought the whole venue with his spare change.

You can bet Kanye would have.
