Local Buzz: Lost in Audio

“We’re planning the biggest unsigned concert in Scotland’s history,” says the band’s Joe Hendry. “The recording industry is going through a tough time, with many of Edinburgh’s talented acts failing to get picked up.”

Addressing the problem head-on, the band have decided to take matters into their own hands and bring the recording industry to Edinburgh, for what they’re calling ‘the biggest unsigned showcase of all time’.

Meanwhile, after years of hard graft playing live in the Capital and beyond, the trio feel they’re finally ready to unleash themselves on the wider world, merging the rock influences of Queens of the Stone age and Nirvana with pop and R&B beats.

“All three members of LIA are now ready go full-time and break the band after completing their education, with two members achieving first-class degrees in law and business,” says Hendry.

Clearly a clever lot, not to mention tuneful, you wouldn’t bet against them achieving their dream.
