Palestinian photojournalist arrives in Edinburgh

A Palestinian photojournalist who was denied a visa last year for a Fringe event has today arrived in the country.

It is understood that he has arrived in the Capital to speak about his work with an event with the NUJ taking place at Tollcross Community Centre on Tuesday, August 16 at 7.30 pm.

The Tollcross Branch of the NUJ had agreed to support his visit to Edinburgh, however, he was unable to attend due to his visa refusal.
