Roxy Music's Brian Eno to deliver Edinburgh University lecture
A music industry guru is to recall his art school days for students in Edinburgh.
The Roxy Music founder, who went on to become a multi-million-selling solo artist and producer who worked with David Bowie, will deliver the annual Andrew Carnegie lecture at Edinburgh University’s George Square Theatre in May.
The 67-year-old will also take part in workshops and students and staff from Edinburgh College of Art.
Eno, who attended Ipswich Art School and Winchester School of Art, said: “I benefited enormously from five years at art school – I can’t quite imagine how my life might have turned out without it.”
