Organisers at the Scottish National Portrait Gallery have confirmed that the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize display will bring together 56 entries from last year’s competition, which attracted nearly 5000 submissions.

Among the winners was Tereza Cervenova, who was given the £5000 John Kobal new work award for a portrait of her friend, Yngvild.
