Other delicacies include top hat cupcakes, a selection of finger sandwiches, homemade scones, carrot and walnut cake and exotic fruit salad.

On the day of the wedding itself, you can watch Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tie the knot on panoramic TV screens whilst enjoying Epicurean’s delicious cocktails, Mediterranean bar menu and a royal wedding inspired tea served early, from 11am, just for the occasion.

What better way to watch Harry and Meg ‘get wed’ than by sipping on Champagne and indulging on the Capital’s very own Royal Mile.

The afternoon teas will be served daily from 2.30pm to 5pm, from 12-16 May, and from 11am on Saturday 19 May.

Located in the heart of the city, with entrances off both The Royal Mile and George IV Bridge, the Epicurean Bar serves aromatic infusions and colourful cocktails using home-grown flowers and herbs from an EvoGro hydroponic, best known for adoring the country’s top Michelin Star kitchens.

The beautiful shades of the bar’s playful drinks are achieved by combining 100% natural ingredients - the team juice herbs, fruits and vegetables on site to ensure everything is fresh and of the highest quality.

Taking the farm-to-table concept to new heights, the hotel’s rooftop honey bees provide fresh and natural ingredients for the bar’s inventive cocktails.

The Royal Wedding afternoon tea costs £25 including tea and coffee
