EPT remember Anne Frank

EDINBURGH People’s Theatre continues its 2017 season with the well known play The Diary of Anne Frank.

An impassioned drama about the lives of eight people hiding from the Nazis in a concealed storage attic, director Niloo-Far Khan says. ‘It has been a challenging play for all of us to come to grips with because the events of the holocaust are unimaginable.

“This play is only a small glimpse of what happened to the many families affected by the Nazi regime.

“I hope this play reminds us to hope for a better future, one in which all cultures, religions, sexuality, social class and race can live together in harmony.”

Church Hill Theatre, until Saturday, 7.30pm (matinee 2.30pm), £12, 0333-666 3366
