Pleasance Courtyard

Being a grown up isn’t all it’s made out to be, and they have come to the point where they have to decide what’s next.

A highly stylised piece, this production makes great use of movement and music to change between scenes.

Each performer delivers a passionate performance on a set that is simple but very effective - all there is on stage are two benches, two mics, and a great series of back projections to show the locations and journeys of each character throughout the piece.

The tech could still use some adjustment, as it felt that sometimes the mics or the music were a bit too loud, but overall the piece was totally engaging.
