Roller skating fun for all the family rolls into Meadowbank
With the aim of providing a fun family experience, United SK8S return to the biggest skating surface in the city to let friends and families have a giggle together.
The monthly event (United SK8S also host regular events at Musselburgh Sports Centre and in Livingston) is open to skaters of all ages and abilities.

“You can take it as easy as you want, and at your own pace in a relaxed space with great tunes.
“People say they forget about their worries and skate away those blues. “
And don’t worry if you don’t have your own skates, a pair can be hired on the day for just £1.

“ It’s a brilliant way to keep fit and in what other sporting activity can a grandmother mum dad and child all join together.”
This Saturday there are two sessions to choose from at Meadowbank; the Family Session runs from 4pm to 5.30pm and the Adult Roller Disco Session (12+) from 5.45pm to 7.15pm.
“Our wish is to bring our Roller discos to our communities, to unite mummy, daddy, granny’s and grandads with their little skaters.

“Meadowbank is popular as it’s the largest Skating Space in Scotland with room to move and improve.”
