1. Babies and Bumps Cafe

13-15 Church Hill Place

A ‘baby cafe’ with daybeds and play pods. It runs activities including a Baby Matters weekly weigh-in clinic, song groups and special seasonal events.

2. The Secret Herb Garden

Have your tea in the glasshouse surrounded by herbs, plants and flowers. Take part in a fairy walk, explore the little yurt or enjoy the small animal area of chickens, quails and pigs.

3. Joy Tots

A cafe and studio, with a play area aimed at babies up to age two. It has morning activities, free story time on Wednesdays at 2pm and craft afternoons.

Plenty to look at and a nice, spacious cafe. It hosts art activities on first, second and third Sunday of the month, suitable for age four-plus, as well as Wee Treasures storytelling on second Saturday of month and baby-friendly art tours on first Monday of month.

5. Cramond Walled Garden

Brighouse Park Rigg

A huge walled area with a play park for little ones. There’s a large play ship, two slides and a bucket swing as well as benches and a picnic table.
