A 38-year-old woman has been charged in connection with a fatal crash that killed a teenage girl last year.
She will be the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal.The incident happened on Sunday, 17 October 2021, on the M8 westbound, near to junction 4A for Whitburn and involved a brown Ford Focus and a black Volkswagen Golf.
As a result of the crash a 14-year-old girl, who was a passenger in the Ford Focus, was taken to hospital where she died a week later on Sunday, October 24.
