Edinburgh Fringe: Watch as drag queens take part in Ultimate Drag Race at Meadowbank Stadium

Move over Eilish McColgan et al – there are new track stars in town.

Drag queens, who are all performing at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, took part in the Ultimate Drag Race at the newly-reopened Meadowbank Stadium on Tuesday.

You can watch the footage here as the six fully-frocked drag queens went under starters order and “raced” for the finish line.
