Everyone has their favourite Avenger – but who is the most powerful of them all?
As the MCU dives deeper into the characters we know and love and their powers continue to grow, the list becomes harder and harder to narrow down. Still we’ve done our best here, based on who would win over who in a fight, That means there might be some controversial picks within this list.
It can be hard to say who’s more powerful when it comes to physical strength versus magical, especially as more types of magic are introduced into the MCU. Here are the top ten most powerful Avengers in the MCU films, from strongest to weakest.
9. T'Challa, aka Black Panther
Black Panther can outrun both Steve Rogers and Bucky, making him faster than a Super Soldier. He also manages to keep up with and slow down Steve, Bucky, and Sam Wilson all at the same time in Captain America: Civil War, highlighting his exceptional skill in battle. 10. Steve Rogers, aka Captain America
Arguably one of the only Super Soliders that the serum didn't corrupt, Steve Rogers led the Avengers, showing his skill in leadership and war tactics. He also faced down Iron Man and won in Captain America: Civil War, along with a variety of other Avengers. 11. Iron Man, aka Tony Stark
While Tony Stark himself doesn't have any powers to speak of, his brilliant mind turned him into Iron Man, capable of battling Thanos, an army of aliens, and more. With every appearance, Stark's suits get more impressive and he grows in power.
