As anybody who has looked to buy a house in recent years will attest, there’s no shortage of demand for property in Edinburgh.
With prices increasing substantially over lockdown, there is an increasing housing shortage in the Capital.
It’s one that developers are looking to capitalise on, with swathes of the city set to be transformed by the building of thousands of new homes.
Here are 13 of the biggest, as highlighted by development website www.skyscrapercity.com.

1. Skyliner

2. Moda Springside - The McEwan

3. Edinburgh's Garden District
Edinburgh's Garden District, if fully realised, will add 6,200 homes to the west of Edinburgh at a cost of £917 million. Currently only phase one of the project has planning approval.
