Due to current Government guidelines, and the lockdown in England and the Republic of Ireland, Harvey Nichols Edinburgh is currently their only physical store trading.

Yet whilst many of the luxury retailer’s physical stores may be closed, and to support the current Tier level travel restrictions in Scotland, the doors of their new virtual store are open 24/7 and ready to welcome shoppers.

Launching today (Nov 25), customers will be able to access all the latest fashion trends, beauty drops and food market favourites via the new digital service.

The new Virtual Concierge will deliver a personal shopping experience direct to customer’s devices across the nation.

Easy to use, customers visiting the website simply need to select their local store and either call or email the dedicated Harvey Nichols team who'll take care of all their festive shopping needs.

Louise Masson, general manager at Harvey Nichols Edinburgh said: “2020 has been a year unlike any other. Our new Virtual Concierge concept will enable customers to experience a bespoke, one-to-one service akin to an appointment in our physical personal shopping departments from the comfort of their own homes.
