New LEGO store opening in Edinburgh in Spring 2021

The LEGO group has announced when its new store, at the St James Quarter in the centre of Edinburgh, will be open.

The first LEGO store in Edinburgh is due to open at the new £1 billion St James shopping centre when the overall development opens in Spring 2021.

Bosses have not yet given an exact date for the opening, however have confirmed that an opening date will be revealed later in 2021.

The new LEGO store will offer a wide selection of the latest LEGO sets, as well as ‘play experiences’, activities and events available exclusively in-store.

LEGO’s famous ‘Pick & Build Wall’ will be installed in the Edinburgh store where customers can grab a cup and fill it up with their choice of LEGO bricks and elements.

There will also be a ‘Build a Minifigure Tower’ in the Capital which will allow customers to mix and match LEGO pieces to create their own bespoke minifigure creation.

Customers will be able to shop exclusive LEGO products in store which are only available from LEGO stores or on their official website.

Exclusive products include LEGO Harry Potter Diagon Alley and the LEGO Colosseum.
