Edinburgh law firm reaches £500k fundraising milestone for Cash for Kids

The campaign sees Thorntons will write or update a will and, rather than charge a fee, ask for an equivalent donation to the charity.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the most recent charity wills month was rather different as all appointments took place via video to keep clients and Thorntons’ employees safe.

Hide AdBut the campaign still proved a success and £60,000 has been raised, bringing the cash total to over half a million pounds.
Several Edinburgh-based projects will benefit from this money including a local community centre which works with over 250 children providing food support.
