The coffee shop is a hard one to miss with its pineapple and stag print wallpaper. Owners Nick and Gary Passey decorated the place themselves.

The menu suits all dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free.

Here are some pictures showing the stunning interior!

Passey's opened on September 9 with customers queuing up outside from 8am. The couple have spent the last three weeks renovating the property which used to be Italian restaurant Al Mare.
The interior is filled with antique furniture and elaborate decor to make the place an interesting place to stop for a bite to eat or a coffee.
Nick, who worked as a general manager for Green King pubs, said the project has been a dream of his and Gary's for years. Gary runs Hair by JFK in Edinburgh but the pair have always wanted to run a coffee shop together.
The owners said they plan on Passey's feeling like a "home away from home" and a cosy place to stop for a bite to eat.
The couple said all the food served is locally-sourced and prepped and cooked on site. They also do a Sunday roast.
To book a table you can go on to Passey's Coffee Company Facebook page. They also have outdoor seating, and social distancing measures are in place to keep customers safe.
The cafe is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8am until 8pm Friday to Sunday. Bon appetit!
