Danderhall Primary pupils marked ‘last day’ at school

The P7 pupils at Danderhall Primary School took the chance to mark the last day at school before lockdown back in March, in case, as is likely, they don’t return to the school this term.

The pupils had their photos taken by excited parents who organised the celebration, with banners and balloons hastily arranged to mark the earlier than expected occasion.

Despite plans to re-open schools in England next month, it is currently not expected that Scottish schools will return until after the summer holidays due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
